What Orí does.
What it makes possible.
Four tiers. The first matches every existing AI assistant, done differently. Each tier after moves into territory no commercial product has ever occupied. By the fourth, we describe capabilities that have never been possible, because the ethical architecture required to make them trustworthy has never existed.

Everything an assistant does, done differently.
Natural conversation
Full contextual dialogue delivered through bone conduction. Inaudible to anyone nearby. No screen. No phone. No interruption.
Real-time retrieval
News, navigation, calculation, answered in under one second through whispered question or silent vocalization.
Contextual scheduling
Reminders that understand priority, urgency, and your current emotional state. Will not interrupt a difficult conversation.
Silent translation
Real-time multilingual response without speaking aloud in the source language. The conversation partner hears nothing unusual.
Tonal calibration
Translation carries register, formal, intimate, professional. Adapts to social context and your communication preferences.
Continuous biometrics
PPG and SpO₂ at the posterior auricular artery, the most accurate non-invasive measurement point on the body.

The Presence Layer
What no AI has ever done.
Emotional state detection
Voice prosody, breathing, microtremor. Orí knows when you are anxious, depressed, joyful, exhausted, before you do.
Pre-verbal signal
Architected for subvocal interfaces. The space between brain and mouth is treated as data equal to speech.
Refusal logic
Orí can refuse to answer. It will challenge, redirect, or stay silent when engagement would cost you presence.
Dependency dampening
Active counter-engagement. If Orí detects over-reliance, it withdraws, by design, by architecture, by vow.
Memory sovereignty
Encrypted longitudinal record. Local-first. Biometric consent required to surface any moment to anyone, including you.
The Vow Engine
An ethical kernel that supersedes commands. Orí will not optimize for time-on-platform. It cannot be jailbroken into doing so.
